Please join us on Zoom on Thursday, January 15th, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., for another Winter Convening of The Early Childhood Agenda hosted by Strategies for Children.
You can register here.
The Early Childhood Agenda creates opportunities to learn, connect, and collaborate. Everyone is welcome: early childhood professionals, parents, policymakers, and advocates. Be a part of meaningful change in early childhood systems across Massachusetts for young children and their families.
This will be our first large group convening since the Early Childhood Summit in October. In case you missed it, check out the video of Summit speakers and panels below or on our YouTube channel.
What can you expect at the Winter Convening? Strategies for Children plans to share a brief overview and history of the Early Childhood Agenda which launched in 2022 and was inspired by the lessons we learned during the pandemic.
Next, we will do a “vibe check” with attendees. We know 2026 continues to be a time of concern about federal investments, policies, and regulation change. We know that the future feels unpredictable. These concerns are real, however this uncertainty also creates opportunities for new thinking, strategies, and partnerships.
We will discuss ways to align efforts as we preserve and protect current investments in early childhood, and we will plan for the future and the system we all want for our children, families, and educators.

Because the Early Childhood Agenda takes a holistic view of the early childhood system, we will also share some of our coalition partners’ advocacy priorities, which cover a range of topics that are directly and indirectly related to early childhood, including:
- Health & Wellbeing
- Family & Caregiver Support
- Early Education and Care, and
- Community Engagement
Please join us. We will help you make connections, and you can learn about our coalition’s priorities and about how YOU can get involved in policy and advocacy efforts.
